HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Card (Visa, Master Card & Amex). You pay when we drop off your CityBoxes. If you’re using debit or credit our delivery specialists have a portable terminal.

CAN I CHANGE THE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES?

Absolutely! Contact us and if the time is available it’s all yours.

WHAT IF I NEED THE BOXES LONGER?

Give us a call and we will extend your rental. Depending on the number of extra days a small fee may apply.

IS CITYBOXES A MOVING COMPANY?

 CityBoxes rents eco-friendly moving boxes. Packing and moving is up to you but if you need our help we can hook you up with a great company.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE CITYBOXES?

 CityBoxes are 27″x17″x12″. Wardrobe boxes are 21″x48″x25″, the perfect size for clothing that needs to stay on the hanger.    

DOES CITYBOXES RENT MORE THAN BOXES?

 We rent dollies that are specially designed to fit our boxes. Packaging paper is also available for purchase. These options are available when you place your order.

HOW DO I LABEL MY CITYBOXES?

 We provide FREE blank peel and stick labels for easy organization.

HOW DO I SECURE MY CITYBOXES?

 We provide FREE zipties to easily lockdown your boxes.

IF THE WEATHER IS BAD, WILL I GET MY DELIVERY?

We are on time every time! However, if Mother Nature is particularly fierce we may run a bit behind, but don’t worry, we’ll call.

HOW ARE CITYBOXES ECO-FRIENDLY?

No cardboard, no tape, no waste…it’s a no-brainer.

CAN I RENT CITYBOXES FOR MY BUSINESS MOVE?

Of course! Call us and we’ll make it happen.

CityBoxes are currently available only in Toronto, but we are planning to expand!
